Hi everybody! I am doing so good down here. God works in wonderful ways! On wednesday I went to mexico with half of the project and we went to the orphanage to visit these kids that have been in the worst situations. These kids were so happy to see us come! All they wanted was us to love them. The orphanage is owned by a christian couple and its funded by them as well. It is probably the best place that kids could go too! These people were so nice and giving! After the orphanage we headed back, it was unbelievable to see how many people were trying to go over into the states from mexico, i guess that there was a soccer game here in san diego between mexico and Argentina on Wed night. It was cloudy all day Wednesday and it even sprinkled a little, which is very rare for this area. Then on thursday I met with my ministry team at ten to finish the video for FNL. In the afternoon we had another group gathering and then they gave us free time from 3-7. At 7 we had something they like to call NOR (night of reflection) this is where we go and spend 2 hours where it is just you and God. This is probably my most favorite time on project so far. Today (Friday) the sea world students headed out for orientation, and the rest of us that dont have jobs get the morning off and then this afternoon we will do outreach with the staff. Please continue to pray that i can find a job. If this one at the Boat shop doesnt work then we are running out of options. There are a bunch of kids that are running out of options as well, and we have tried almost every place in the area. Thanks again!

P.S. I will try to update this every 2-3 days.

In Christ, Todd Singer

Good Morning! Thanks for keeping us updated on what's going on with you and the team in San Diego!
It's been an eventful week here as well with state FFA & the Centennial. The gold and blue man group was the crowd favorite once again, recv'd a gold, but took 4th overall.......thanks again for your contribution to their performance! Of course, they feel they deserved better than 4th place. Overall, it was a good week there with recognition and their contribution to major changes for the future.
The church has been a buzz......the choir was amazing last night, they did a wonderful job. We've been blessed with almost 2 inches of rain this week which has made everything beautiful around here and the grass is growing, finally! So, we will be busy playing catch up this week.
We will continue to pray that God provides jobs for those of you still looking. May you have a blessed week, and know that we are thinking of you back home.
Take care! The Sondrol's
